The easiest way to do this is for you to send in your CV – you can do this here on our website or e-mail it to us. You can also call in for a chat about your experience and what you are looking for. You can also contact us via social media. Your CV does not need to be perfect or up to date.
If you have sent in your details a consultant will call you to find out a bit more about you.
This should not take any more than 15 minutes – it helps the consultant get a better understanding of your skill set and what you want from your next role. They will also chat through any active roles they think are suitable and invite you in to meet with us.
During your meeting we will really delve into you as a person and find out your motivations, values, goals and objectives.
This will help us to find your next job or get you on your journey to find that forever role. We will prepare you for interviews, give in depth knowledge of the roles you are interested in and give access to online resources to help. We do not to force people into roles. If we have nothing suitable for you, we will contact companies to find the perfect fit.
This is where the magic happens.
We match you and our clients by values and experience and skills, set up interviews and make sure you are fully prepared and provide honest feedback to you after your interview. We will manage the offer between yourself and the client ensuring that you get the best offer so that both you and the client are happy and excited for you to start your new role.
