The role will involve
Duties:
Speaking to customers about products
- General administration (e.g. paperwork, data entry, filing)
- Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working on Microsoft Word and Excel daily
- Sending/Receiving emails
- Working to progress in the career ladder
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
