Our client in Wilmslow is looking for a temporary administrator to support the HR department. You need to be an experienced administrator who can work in a fast paced environment .
You need to have high attention to detail and be very accurate in your work.
You will be able to manage your time and have a proactive attitude towards work.
You need to be great on all Microsoft word packages and if you can use Sharepoint that will be a big advantage.
The role will involve updating employee records using the HR database. Deal with confidential information.
Input invoices with a high degree of accuracy. Raising queries and resolving issues.
Coordinate and assist in the recruitment and selection process including onboarding new employees.
