Job title: Receptionist/Administrator

Hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm, Mon-Fri


We are working exclusively with an independent accountancy practice in Stockport town centre who are looking for a new Receptionist as their current front-of-house is moving into a more senior role internally.  They are a small, friendly practice so are looking for someone who will be a welcoming and warm personality when clients and other visitors come to the office. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients and other visitors and covering the main office switchboard
  • Managing refreshments and coordinating meeting rooms for clients
  • Typing letters, emails and reports for the accountants
  • Assisting with other general administration duties for all departments in the practice



  • Excellent telephone manner and face-to-face communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house and administration role
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly word and Outlook
