Our client is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their accounts team of 4.
They are based in Hazel Grove. You are probably working in finance or accounts at the moment and understand how accounts and purchasing works.You will understand accounts e.g debtors and creditors, nominal codes etc.
You may be studying AAT and are looking for the next step in your finance career.
The role will involve supporting a busy Purchasing Team.
Creating purchase orders on Sage 200.
Entering purchase invoices onto Sage.
Checking supplier statements.
Inputting credit card statements and reconciling on Sage.
Understanding stock in relation to purchase orders.
Dealing with expenses and mileage payments.
Monitoring supplier international payments.
You need to have an excellent telephone manner and experience in Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ability to Prioritise.
Good with figures and attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a full time role , based in the office. Hours are 08.30 to 5 Monday to Thursday and finish at 2.00 on a Friday.
