Job title: Customer Service Representative

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri

We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to join an industry leading manufacturing company to handle incoming customer orders and enquiries, as well as proactively keeping in touch with a portfolio of clients to ensure repeat business. Your duties will include:

  • Taking incoming customer enquiries and product orders
  • Generating and following up on quotations
  • Recording customer purchase trends and enquiries on CRM system
  • Processing repeat orders and ensuring prices are up to date
  • Proactively following up with key customers to gather market information and inform of relevant new or alternative products

 

Requirements:

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Experience of SAP preferable
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
