Your duties will include:
Processing orders on SAP
Checking purchase orders
Liaising with customers and internal departments on progression of orders
Helping resolve issues and queries regarding deliveries
Confirming technical information.
Dealing with complaints
Issuing credit notes and chasing debt

You will need to have a good working knowledge of SAP, great verbal and written communication skills, commercial awareness, strong customer order management skills
