Standing out from your colleagues in a big business is a hard thing to do. In a smaller business, you can make a difference from day one.
Working directly with the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll be joining a company that produces technical software for civil engineers. And this software is so niche that there’s no-one else doing what they do – you’re offering something to clients that no-one else can, and that makes it very straightforward to hit sales targets.
You’ll be clued in enough to the civil engineering market from your previous sales experience to identify projects that could benefit from your products, find the right decision makers and close deals. You’ll be working with clients nationally – they have a portfolio of 150 to get you started – so you’ll only be required to spend one day a month in the office. The rest of the time will be out in the field with clients, or you can work from home.
You’ll get a package that includes a £4000 car allowance, uncapped commission, plus lots of training on their software so you can really sell the benefits to your customers. And of course, you’ll work directly with the senior leadership, so can influence the direction of the business based on your past experience and feedback from customers from day one.
