Our client is an expanding property company in the Stockport area. They are a small close knit team who enjoy working hard to create great results for their customers They are looking for an experienced property administrator.
The role will involve
Audio and copy typing
Typing up property surveying reports
Organising the admin in the office
Providing admin support to a team of property surveyors
Raising invoices and creating quotations.
Answering phones and providing support to other departments.
Diary management for the team.
You will need to have experience in a similar role
Great attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks
Great telephone manner.
Can do attitude
Able to use initiative and take ownership of tasks
