Job title: Trainee Purchase Ledger
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
We’re looking for a Trainee to start a career in the accounts department of a property company to handle their purchase ledger. Duties will include:
- Checking invoices and resolving queries
- Screening calls for the finance department
- Adding new companies to the system
- Filing and general admin
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good IT skills, including Excel
- 20 days holidays plus 8 stats
- Training on accounts software packages, including Sage and Qube
