Job title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (3 month temporary contract)
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri
We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the accounts team of an engineering company to process invoices and maintain the ledger during a busy period. Duties will include:
- Processing invoices on Sage 50
- Dealing with internal and external queries related to invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Previous accounts experience
- Excellent knowledge of invoicing on Sage Line 50
- Good numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Holiday pay
- Good transport links
