Job title: Out of hours Message Handler

Hours: 20 hours per week, Wednesday and Thursdays, 10pm to 8am.

 

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a security company in their head office taking calls from clients and relaying messages at evenings and overnight. Your duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Accurate taking telephone messages
  • Relaying important information to relevant parties

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Happy working evenings and overnight shifts
  • Comfortable with lone working
