Job title: Quotation Follow-up/Inside Sales Support
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm
We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support customers with any queries. This is a 3 month temporary contract, but is likely to run longer. You’ll be joining a great company who we’ve worked with for many years and have a great reputation as one of Stockport’s best employers. Your duties will include:
- Following up quotations given to customers
- Entering orders onto the company’s bespoke database software
- Keeping customers up to date with progress of enquiries
- Supporting the sales engineers with administration duties
- Good customer services skills
- Experience working in an engineering company preferred but not essential
- Great company to work for, with a family-feel
- 28 days holiday accrual, increasing to 33 days after 12 weeks
- Pension after 3 months
- Free parking on site
