Are you a confident Learning & Development Advisor with experience working in an engineering company?


Job title: Learning & Development Coordinator

Hours: 37 per week, Mon-Fri


We’re looking for an HR and Learning & Development Advisor to join an international engineering business, working closely with their Operations Director to support their team of Field Service Engineers on a 12 month fixed term contract. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating and implementing training and strategic development of the operations team, and field service engineers
  • Processing timesheets, expenses and holidays and absence records for Field Service Engineers and generating reports for accounts and HR departments
  • Assisting operations team with coordinating engineer diaries
  • Supporting with designing and monitoring HR and training processes and workflows



  • Experience working on SAP systems
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally in an engineering company
  • Highly organised
