Job Title: Customer Account Manager

Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm, Mon-Fri


We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small business which provides a range of IT and telecoms products to business customers.  They’re looking for someone who will be able to solve problems on behalf of their customers.  Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries by phone and email
  • Chasing 3rd parties to solve problems
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention



  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good technical IT knowledge and problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable working on Excel
  • Experience in a customer services role within a technical environment
