Job title: Administration Assistant

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Mon-Fri

 

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join a growing manufacturing company, supporting their procurement department with general administration. Your duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for any incoming enquiries
  • Data entry of supplier information onto computer system
  • Accurate completion and filing of any documentation
  • Liaising with other internal departments to gather information on orders
  • General administrative support for other departments when required

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration support or customer services role
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good IT skills, including Excel
  • Experience working on Sage or a similar MRP system an advantage
